Kemal Samat
is een rasmuzikant in hart en nieren. Met meer dan een 1 miljoen volgers op Instagram, kan je wel zeggen dat Kemal een aardige fanbase heeft opgebouwd. Zijn passie voor muziek begon van jongs af aan. Op 10-jarige leeftijd stond hij al voor de deur te trappelen bij de plaatselijke muziekwinkel om cassettebandjes te beluisteren van zijn favoriete artiesten. In 2014 studeerde Kemal af aan het Turkse conservatorium in Istanbul
Kemal is voornamelijk bekend geworden door zijn deelname aan het welbekende, wereldberoemde muziekprogramma The Voice of Turkey in 2015, waar hij het tot de finale heeft kunnen schoppen onder leiding van zijn coach Hadise, een bekende Turkse zangeres. In 2020 werd Kemal nog eens uitgenodigd door de Voice of Turkey, waar ze de allerbeste artiesten van de afgelopen 10 jaar terug lieten komen. Kemal zong zijn eigen single "Düses".
In 2021 heeft Kemal met nummer ''Cingenem'' de prijs voor Beste Mannelijke Nieuwkomer van Turkije gewonnen. Inmiddels is er een mini serie gemaakt over het leven van Kemal, die te vinden op het Youtube kanaal van NH-Nieuws.
